Returns and complaints

When preparing a package for return or claim, it is important that it is sent directly to the appropriate department to ensure that your request is handled quickly and efficiently. A properly addressed package is the first step to making the return or claim process go smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

Returns

If you want to make a return

  1. Print and fill out the return form.
  2. Package the parcel with the return form (If the form is missing or the parcel is unrecognizable, the time it takes to decide on the return may be extended).
  3. Send the package to the address:

Important information!

  • The period for withdrawal from the Contract expires within 14 days from the day after the date on which: the order was received, a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the product, the last part of the order was received, if the order was processed or shipped in parts.
  • Goods sent back for return must not have any signs of use
  • Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the refund confirmation
  • We do not process returns of orders from the online store at stationary stores
  • Ensure the safety of your products and pack your shipment carefully

Complaints

If you want to advertise a product:

  1. Print out the complaint form, necessarily giving a detailed description of the defect.
  2. Pack the parcel with the claim form.

  • The customer sends back the advertised product at his own expense (if the complaint is accepted, the cost is refunded)
  • Complaints about orders from the online store are not processed in stationary
  • A decision on the complaint will be made within 14 - 21 days of receipt of the complaint confirmation
  • Please remember that the advertised product should be clean
  • Ensure the safety of your products and pack your shipment carefully
