PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY
1 Definitions:
a) Administrator - an entrepreneur operating under the name AUTO GAMMA Sp. z o.o. and using the Regon number: 389628458 and the NIP number: 5130273213, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activities of the Republic of Poland kept by the Minister of Economy; who provides services electronically and stores and gains access to information in the Users' devices via the Website,
b) Service - the Internet service run by the Administrator at http://www.autogammasklep.pl,
c) User - an end user or subscriber within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 171, item 1800 as amended).
(2) In performance of the obligations imposed by the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law, the method of storing information or accessing information already stored in the User's terminal equipment is indicated below. Through the information contained herein, the User is informed of:
(a) the purpose of storing and accessing this information,
b) the possibility for the User to determine the conditions for storing or accessing this information by means of the settings of the software installed in the telecommunications terminal equipment used by the User or the configuration of the service.
(3) The website operated by the Administrator uses cookies. Cookies’ are understood to be portions of information stored in text form, sent by the server on which the Website is located and stored in the memory of the User's terminal equipment.
The information collected through cookies is used by the Administrator in order to provide the service provided electronically, as well as for statistical and marketing purposes. This information does not contain personal data or confidential information.
(5) The User may, at any time, view and delete Cookies stored on his/her terminal equipment in the manner indicated by the manufacturer of his/her Internet browser.
(6) The User may at any time disable the acceptance of cookies in the manner indicated by the manufacturer of his/her Internet browser, but this may prevent the Administrator from providing electronic services.
(7) The Administrator informs that it stores HTTP requests directed to the server serving the Website in order to analyse and optimise the operation of that server and the Website. The resources visited are identified by URLs and the information stored in the server log files is as follows:
- the public IP address of the computer from which the request was received, which may be the user's computer directly,
- the name of the client station - identification via the http protocol if possible,
- time of request arrival,
- http request code
- http response code,
- the URL of the page previously visited by the user (the so-called referer link), in the event that the site is accessed via a link,
- information about your browser,
- information on errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction. 8.
Data stored in server log files are anonymous and are not associated with specific visitors to the Website.
